There’s a lot to choose from out there and if you’re looking to buy a downtown condo you have options! I listed a studio at the fabulous 2200 Westlake last week and my open houses and showings have been minimal but lots of interest with online ads. This property is the prefect crash pad for a busy professional who likes to come and go, and with the building amenities you can host parties (game room, party room with full kitchen and theater room for 15) and have a dedicated guest suite for friends and family visiting.
Downtown condos are struggling with inventory now at a 4 month supply! A sellers market is 1-3 months supply and downtown has officially balanced to a more even market now favoring buyers. It’s more important than ever to price your condo to sell! Or plan to hold onto it.

I’m watching some specific Redmond neighborhoods for buyers who know exactly what they want… it just hasn’t come one the market yet and things are still at a low 1.3 months of inventory.
The theme continues to be low interest rates and less emotional buyers as they are crunching numbers to decide what makes sense. Price your home to sell or expect to sit on the market for longer than normal.
